For best results exfoliate thoroughly before spray tanning. Some of our faves are Mama Mio's Body Buff or ME Bath's Shower Sherberts which come in some delicious flavors. Avoid putting on deodorants, moisturizers, perfume and makeup before application. Be sure to wear dark loose clothing prior to your appointment and do not shower for atleast 8 hours afterwards. Also try to wait atleast 48 hours before working out or swimming in a pool or jacuzzi.
